Introducing "TriOps MilSim UK" The UK leg of TriOps MilSim Global.

TriOps MilSim is a fun international competitive MilSim tournament designed for MagFed Paintball players, MilSim Players and also Airsofters that want to try out their Tactical and Teamwork Skills in the field of MagFed Paintball on the international stage using honor and integrity, usually running via 3 events per year in the UK but for the 2025 - 2026 period a one off "Warped Cup" which could see your team competing at the WORLD MAGFED CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS in Poland later this year.
Important: the milsim practiced in paintball does not glorify war and does not seek to reproduce actual violence in any case.

THE FORMAT
This aren’t skirmish events.
This isn’t speedball.
This is fun *competitive mission-based combat under pressure*.

• Teams of *3 operators*
• *Defined roles*:
 – Officer: Leads the team during missions / Acts as liaison with the organisers / Receives mission instructions.
 – Medic: Can recover a teammate who is injured / Marks the recovered player with a white bandage / Wipes off paint marks during recovery.
 – Engineer: Handles special mission tools and interactive devices / The only player allowed to carry and use pyrotechnics in game.

• Every mission is *Team vs Team vs Team*
• *Multiple missions per event*
• *Multiple games per mission*
• Each game lasts *10 minutes*
• Clear objectives. Limited resources. Tactical decision-making required.

*THE PHILOSOPHY*
To *simulate the logistical planning and execution of military-style missions* in a fun but *challenging, strategic, and playable format*. Success isn’t just about marksmanship — it’s about *planning, communication, and adapting under pressure*.

At the end of each event, *one team stands victorious based on points*.
That team earns progression toward the *WORLD MAGFED CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS*, representing the UK on the global stage.
